The company's lead program, PMC-001, is a differentiated orally bioavailable, CNS-penetrant microtubule disruptor positioned to treat primary and metastatic brain cancers. The company is advancing PMC-001 to Phase 1/2a clinical evaluation in addition to progressing pipeline assets in Discovery.
